Cancellation Policy

  • Clients are required to provide a minimum notice of 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. 

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee.

  • Late cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). No shows will incur a fee of 90% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). No shows for first visits will not be rescheduled.
