Terms & Conditions
1. Appointment Confirmation:

All online bookings are subject to confirmation via email or text message.

You should receive confirmation within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy:
-
Clients are required to provide a minimum notice of 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee.
-
Late cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). No shows will incur a fee of 90% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). No shows for first visits will not be rescheduled.
3. Late Arrivals:

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule the appointment. The original fee for scheduled services will still apply.

If a client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and a no-show fee will be applied.
4. Payment:
-
We accept cash, credit cards, or Venmo payments.
-
We require a credit card on file to secure appointments or charge late fees.
-
Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan has been established before the appointment (ie, when purchasing a scalp treatment package).
5. Service Changes:

Clients should notify the salon in advance of any changes to the booked service(s).

A minimum notice period of 48 hours is required for any service changes.
6. Other Important Considerations:

Health and Safety: Clients should inform the salon of any allergies or medical conditions before scheduling an appointment.

Chemical Fragrances: Clients should refrain from wearing perfume/cologne or using other heavily scented body products or clothing washed in scented laundry products during their appointment.

Promotions and Discounts: Any promotion or discount may not be applied retroactively

Consultations: All new guests are required to schedule a consultation before booking color or treatment services.

Age Restrictions: Children under 17 are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Breastfeeding infants are the exception, but they must be securely placed in a stroller or car seat during chemical services or treatments to prevent exposure or injury.

Privacy and Data Security: We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside of our organization. Any information you provide is used only to ensure continuity and provide you with the best service possible.

Pet Policy: While we love animals, we can legally only allow registered service animals in the salon.
